Julia Arcamone Biography

Julia - Digital Manager
I came to Corey Rich Productions in 2009, fresh from the Greater Philadelphia area. Aside from the excitement of a new job, I was ecstatic to discover the mountains, trails, beaches and social scene in South Lake Tahoe. I've always wondered what the "west coast lifestyle" was like and I've found that working here. In Tahoe, when you work hard you reward yourself by playing even harder. The best part is that this can all happen right out the front door.

After graduating from Temple University with a BA in Photojournalism and Communications, I was craving a change of scenery and the opportunity to be more creative. I missed the excitement of deadlines, late nights editing and the feeling of accomplishment after a creative burst of genius from too much coffee (I now have plenty of all of the above). In Philadelphia I had my share of opportunities to learn the business of photography. The Philadelphia Daily News, Philadelphia Style Magazine and Wonderful Machine Inc. all added provided a great foundation for a career in visual storytelling. I was then dedicated to finding the next step, the next challenge, and the next adventure. Through a serendipitous connection with a fellow Temple grad and a series of phone calls, opportunity soon presented itself, 2700 miles away.

Working at CRP has provided me a new, exciting lifestyle as well as the opportunity to be a more innovative thinker. Managing Corey's digital assets adds to my passion for visual creativity and the curiosity to tackle the next big step. I came to this office during a time where the realm of photography and filmmaking is quickly changing. New technology, new mediums, and new ways of telling a story keep us all on our toes. I can't wait to see what we're going to do next.
